L A's Nothing Over Nine Ninety is an independent online women's clothing boutique based in Hemet, California. Our rule is simple: no piece in the shop is priced over $99.90, and shipping within the U.S. is free.
Our one rule
Every dress, blouse, skirt and jumpsuit we carry is priced at $99.90 or less — most well below that. We think looking put-together should not depend on a big budget.
We look for breathable fabrics, relaxed shapes and cheerful colors that suit sunny days and real life, from errands and work to weekends and celebrations.
Clear details, no surprises
Every product page lists the fabric, the cut and a size guide, so you can choose with confidence before you order. Shipping is free on every U.S. order, so the price you see is the price you pay.
We are a small online shop, so we keep things simple: clear photos, clear sizes, quick answers by email and an easy 30-day return window for unworn items with tags attached.
